Tuxedo TP12KFX 12000 Lb 2-Post Floor Plate Vehicle Lift

Description

The Tuxedo TP12KFX 12000 Lb 2-Post Floor Plate Vehicle Lift delivers elite under-chassis elevation tracking and reliable structural stability for low-clearance commercial workshops, busy fleet maintenance yards, and independent repair garages. Engineered with a low-profile open-top architectural layout that measures just 121.5 inches in overall height, this floor-plate style vehicle hoist directly resolves low-ceiling structural bay limitations that prevent the installation of traditional towering clear-floor machinery. Fleet mechanics and automotive specialists gain an authentic electro-hydraulic lifting cell, utilizing an unyielding high-strength chain drive system to distribute twelve thousand pounds of vertical weight evenly across an expanded 109-inch clear drive-thru boundary line.

Built from premium industrial grade heavy steel framing components with a net framework weight of 3000 pounds and a total shipping weight of 2450 pounds, this space-saving vehicle hoist utilizes a robust 5-inch minimum pad height to engage heavy vehicle frames safely. The single-phase 220V motor system operates at a high-velocity 2 horsepower output to accomplish a full 76.5-inch maximum vertical lift height within a quick 45-second cycle window, ensuring non-stop shop floor processing speeds. The integrated hardware array utilizes a heavy steel floor plate to shield interior synchronization wires from forklift crossings and technician tool drops, satisfying demanding corporate asset safety guidelines while completely removing accidental component shifting risks.
