At Muldepot.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, we offer a flexible 60-day return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Return Window: Within 60 days from the invoice date.
Product Condition: We accept returns for new and slightly used products (including opened items).
Packaging: Items must be returned with their original and intact packaging.
Restocking Fee: 60-day Free will be applied to the product price for all returns.

How to Return or Exchange

You can return your items via Mail or In-Store. To get started, please follow these steps:

Contact us at sales@muldepot.com or info@muldepot.com with your order number.
Use the Return Label included in your original package.
Our team will provide specific instructions on where to send your item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout (including Local Pickup orders).
Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds should appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing.
Currency: All refunds are processed in US Dollar (USD).

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order (or part of it) within 24 hours of placement. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Manufacturer’s Warranties
