Description
The OZ Lifting Products Premium Manual Chain Hoist features standard overload protection. This device, set at approximately 150% of the rated load, prevents the hoist from being severely overloaded, preventing damage to the hoist or the operator. The double reduction gearing provides easy operation with minimal lifting effort. The all-steel construction with a long-lasting powder-coat finish ensures durable protection while providing a long and dependable service life in harsh environments. An enclosed and protected Weston-style brake system features a twin pawl design for safety and reliability. Each unit is inspected and tested in the USA. A test certificate is included with each hoist and provides complete traceability. This hoist meets CE, ANSI B30.16 and AS1418.2 safety standards and features a 100% load tested zinc-plated chain. Stainless steel riveted ID tags are corrosion resistant. This hoist can be quickly disassembled for fast and easy maintenance.
