Description
This Marshalltown 800MP Mortar/Plaster Mixer with Ball Tow Outrigger and 3 HP Electric Engine creates batch-a-minute results without excessive buildup. This unit features a steel structure and a 2/2 paddle system with 2 oversized drum scrapers and 2 end scrapers for thorough mixing and minimal drum cleanup. An aggressive mixing system has adjustable steel and rubber blades for a smooth, even mix. The square shaft paddle is designed for minimal slipping and high efficiency. Maintenance is easy with the #80 chain and sprockets and standard pillow block and flange drum mount bearings. The heavy-duty drum grill includes a bag splitter. The large drum capacity is perfect for jobs of any size, and the side and rear fork pockets allow added mobility options. Rubber torsion axles provide stable transportation. The short spout lip at a sharp dump angle permits good material flow while dumping. Holes in the grill hinges lock the grill in the open position during clean-out. The high speed tow kit features 25in. tires, a discharge height of 24in., and 30 RPM paddle rotation. Batch size is 8 cu. ft. dry (2 bags). Empty drum volume is 9.8 cu. ft.
