HIPAA and FACTA compliant, and certified to shred Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), it’s federally accepted to protect information and social security numbers against identity theft. The large but quiet 2 1/8 horsepower motor chews through 26 sheets of paper at once and up to 661 sheets per minute and requires a dedicated 20 amp line.
