Description
This Buyers Products SaltDogg Pro Series Salt and Sand Spreader is designed with the serious commercial and municipal user in mind. The high-flow spreader has a full-length 5 1/4in. variable pitch auger to handle bulk salt or a salt and sand mix. Includes two 12V gear motors — a 3/4 HP motor for the auger and a 1/2 HP motor for the 14in. spinner. 3-position adjustable chute with swing-away design for easy cleaning, bulk unloading and storage. Designed for use with a flatbed, dump truck, or large pickup truck with dual rear wheels, fits trucks with a minimum 13,000-lb. GVW (gross vehicle weight). The patented double-walled poly hopper holds 2¹?? cu. yds. (30 cu. ft.) of material.
