Description

The Ecor Pro Stainless Steel Desiccant Dehumidifier is a unique, patented, compressor-less, bucket-less unit for residential and commercial drying applications. It’s designed to work anywhere safely all day and every day. With the newly innovated and patented DryFan Zeolite Technology, moisture can be vented outside with the unit placed in any direction. This unit eliminates water containers, pumps and hoses that are included in traditional obsolete refrigerant dehumidifiers. The EPD150 desiccant dehumidifier can work upside down or on its sides to enable easy mounting to ceilings and walls. Traditional refrigerant dehumidifiers are prone to stop working in cold environments, while ECOR PRO’s EPD150 desiccant dehumidifiers can pull moisture even at -4°F room temperature. Compact and lightweight at almost a third of the size of comparable commercial dehumidifiers, this unit is easy to carry and transport from jobsite to jobsite. Typical applications include water damage restoration, hydroponics, moisture and rust protection, warehouse storage, food and timber drying, use in car garages, hotels, offices, workshops, large homes and food storage. The 3-hole system includes a hole for Process Air-In, Process Air-Out and Exhaust ducts. This unit uses only 1 internal fan to create 2 air flows internally. 15% of the process air (or damp air in) that you need to dry is turned back on itself after passing through the desiccant wheel. This air is used to dry the wheel again to be vented out as saturated exhausted wet air similar to the venting of air in a dryer hose.
