Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Return Window: Within 60 days from the invoice date.
  • Product Condition: We accept returns for new and slightly used products (including opened items).
  • Packaging: Items must be returned with their original and intact packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: 60-day Free will be applied to the product price for all returns.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout (including Local Pickup orders).
  • Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds should appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Currency: All refunds are processed in US Dollar (USD).

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order (or part of it) within 24 hours of placement. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
