Description
This JET L100 Series Manual Chain Hoist combines safety, durability and innovation to operate in demanding industrial environments. The patented brake system features fused components for safety. The Weston-style double-ratchet pawl brake design splits a load to opposite sides of the ratchet gear for load security. Industrial-rated steel hooks rotate 360° for easy rigging and slowly stretch to indicate an overload. Grade 100 load chain is plated for corrosion resistance and durability, and is 20% stronger than a Grade 80 chain. Cast steel safety latches are secured with Allen screws and lock nuts for more durability than stamped steel latches. Heat-treated load plates and case-hardened, corrosion-resistant internal parts lengthen the life of the hoist. Double-sealed ball bearings support the load sheave for maximum efficiency and smooth operation. Impact-resistant all-steel construction delivers durability and protection. Lightweight design and compact body work well in confined areas and low headroom applications. This hoist complies with ANSI/ASME B30.16 and HST-2 standards and has been tested to 125% of capacity. Limited lifetime warranty.
